Terms & Conditions – Spartan Collision

Welcome to Spartan Collision. By accessing or using our website, contacting us, or booking any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

Spartan Collision provides auto body repair, collision repair, paintwork, and vehicle restoration services. All services are subject to availability, inspection results, and approval by our certified technicians. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-shop physical inspection of the vehicle. Any additional damage discovered during repairs will be communicated before work continues, and customers must approve final pricing before work begins.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on workload, parts availability, and external factors. We may reschedule or delay appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, parts shortages, or severe weather conditions.

4. Repairs & Parts

Spartan Collision may use OEM, aftermarket, or refurbished parts depending on customer preference, insurance requirements, and parts availability. We follow industry-standard repair methods; however, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed, especially for older or faded paintwork.

5. Payments & Insurance

Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released. Insurance repairs begin only after approval from the customer’s insurance provider. Spartan Collision is not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies or external assessors.

6. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for repairs completed by Spartan Collision. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, pre-existing issues, rust or corrosion, parts not supplied by us, or damage that occurs after the vehicle has been collected.

7. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be collected within 5 business days after repair completion. Vehicles left longer may incur daily storage charges. Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be towed or handled according to applicable laws at the customer’s expense.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, removing personal items from their vehicle, and approving repair decisions promptly. Spartan Collision is not liable for loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

9. Liability

Spartan Collision’s liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for unrelated mechanical issues, pre-existing damage, customer negligence, or delays caused by third-party vendors or suppliers.

10. Website Content & Copyright

All content on this website—including text, images, and graphics—is the property of Spartan Collision. No part of the website may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website or during service intake is used solely for communication, estimates, and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal data except when required for insurance claim processing.
